: People will continue to move around the world, and as they do they will continue to meet different people from different cultures. Therefore understanding the background, the history, and the culture of the people they deal with is a pre-requisite for peace. This understanding is born through simple communication. It plays an essential role in peace and in the advancement of both social and financial domains.

This documentary seeks for means to end cultural misconceptions due to misinformation and lack of communication between Arabs and Americans. It tries to represent both sides while trying to eliminate biases in the point of view of the storyteller.  It aims to identifycommunication and challenges, its sources, while shedding the light on the sources which shapes this generation’s opinions about other cultures. The documentary aspires to ”bridge” both sides’ opinions and allow them to communicate freely and discover one another.

This documentary takes you through the minds of this generation of both Arabs and Americans. It illustrates their ideas about the “other”when it comes to religion, family, women, lifestyle, and the role of media; it also searches for the solution in their point of view.
